Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 18 August 2017. Please register online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organisers after registration and payment.

Terms and conditions of participation
Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation as set out written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, opening reception etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Cancellation of registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. Any refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) –
in case of cancellation received before September 1, 2017
- No refund – in case of cancellation, received after August 31, 2017
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid column in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your “Paid” column only after receipt payment.
Registrations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation will be sent by the Secretariat to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY when the payment has been made. Participants have paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records a week after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu, after logging into the registration database.
Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. The Conference Secretariat, Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the Secretariat.
On site registration fees can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.
For the online payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). For further details please read our short manual. Method of payment can be chosen after selecting a registration category. Please note, that we use the online payment system of the OTP Bank Hungary. If online payment is not allowed by your bank, you can request a manual charge on our POS terminal by selecting “Add bank cards” in your personal record, after authentication.
